    • Q. Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order essential items online at www.did.ie for delivery. Our team are working around the clock to ensure that your order is completed as soon as possible. Due to high demand there may be some delays, we thank you for your patience.
    • Q. Can I still get my order delivered?

We are still operating our delivery service during this difficult time, however any deliveries that require two people and our premium delivery service are temporarily unavailable.
Please let us know if someone in your home is self-isolating so that we can make sure we're delivering safely.

    • Q. Can I still get my appliance installed?

We have suspended the sale of all installation services.
This is for the safety of our staff and our customers. For some exceptional circumstances we may be able to complete a one-man installation service, please contact our online team at 01- 6250250, any they will be able to advise if the installation service is available to you.
    • Q. Can I still use Click & Collect online?

Our free click & collect service is available.
 
    • Q. I have received my item but it is damaged or not working properly, what should I do?

If your item is damaged or not working as it should be please contact our customer support team on 01 625 0250 or email help@did.ie and one of our team members will assist you in any way they can. It may not be possible to resolve all issues until the stores reopen, we thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
